Fani ("Oyun") uygulamasını indirerek ve kullanarak bu şartları kabul etmiş olursun.
Fani, kalıcı ölümlü bir oyundur: karakterin ölürse geri gelmez. Bu, oyunun bilinçli bir tasarım kuralıdır, bir hata değildir.
Ölümden sonra taşına yazdığın "hayalet notu" herkese açık mezarlıkta gösterilir. Uygunsuz, yasa dışı, nefret içeren, taciz edici veya kişisel bilgi içeren içerik yazmak yasaktır. Böyle içerikler otomatik süzgeç ve kullanıcı şikâyetleriyle kaldırılabilir; tekrarlayan ihlallerde erişimin kısıtlanabilir. Uygunsuz içeriğe tolerans yoktur.
Oyun ücretsiz indirilir. İsteğe bağlı, tek seferlik bir uygulama-içi satın alma (kilit açma) sunulur. Satın almalar Apple App Store üzerinden yürür ve Apple'ın koşullarına tabidir. İadeler mağaza politikalarına göre işlenir.
Oyun "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağı garanti edilmez. Yürürlükteki yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, oyunun kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz.
Bu şartlar güncellenebilir; önemli değişikliklerde bu sayfadaki tarih güncellenir.

By downloading and using Fani (the "Game") you agree to these terms.
Fani is a permadeath game: if your character dies, they do not come back. This is a deliberate design rule, not a bug.
The "ghost note" you write on your stone after death is shown publicly in the shared graveyard. Writing objectionable, illegal, hateful, harassing, or personally identifying content is prohibited. Such content may be removed via automated filtering and user reports; repeated violations may result in restricted access. There is no tolerance for objectionable content.
The Game is free to download. An optional, one-time in-app purchase (an unlock) is offered. Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and subject to Apple's terms. Refunds are handled per store policies.
The Game is provided "as is". We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the Game.
These terms may be updated; the date on this page will change for significant updates.
