These Terms of Use govern your use of the LingoBlocks mobile game published by Ucurtma.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using LingoBlocks, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. About LingoBlocks

LingoBlocks is a word puzzle game designed for entertainment and light language-learning support. Word meanings are provided for informational purposes and may not always cover every possible meaning or usage.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

Use the app for unlawful purposes.
Attempt to exploit, reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the app.
Abuse word reporting, advertising, purchase, or reward systems.
Submit offensive, illegal, or harmful content through any reporting feature.

4. Ads and Rewards

LingoBlocks may show ads, including optional rewarded ads. Rewards are granted only when the ad network confirms that the reward conditions have been met. Ads may not always be available.

5. In-App Purchases

LingoBlocks may offer in-app purchases such as “Remove Ads”. Purchases are processed by Google Play or Apple. Purchase availability, refunds, and billing are subject to the relevant store’s policies.

“Remove Ads” may remove forced ads such as interstitial and banner ads. Optional rewarded ads may remain available because they are user-initiated and provide in-game rewards.

6. Game Progress

Game progress and settings may be stored locally on your device. Deleting the app, clearing app data, changing devices, or resetting progress may remove local progress.

7. Word Dictionary and Content

We try to provide accurate word validation and meanings, but dictionaries may contain missing, duplicate, or imperfect entries. A word being rejected by the game does not necessarily mean it is not a valid word in real life. Dictionary improvements may be made over time.

8. Availability

We may update, modify, pause, or discontinue parts of the app at any time. Some features may require internet access, store availability, or third-party services.

9. No Warranty

LingoBlocks is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that the app will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or available on all devices.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ucurtma is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
