Genellikle birkaç iş günü içinde yanıtlıyoruz. Yazarken cihaz modelini, oyun sürümünü (Ayarlar'ın en altında) ve varsa oyuncu adını eklemen işimizi kolaylaştırır.
Nasıl oynanır?
Bir dostu seç, gideceği yolu parmağınla çiz ve Gönder'e dokun. Diğer dost aynı adımları kendi yerinden izler. İkisini de evine ulaştır. Takılırsan pusula, fener ve rehber gibi yardımcıları kullanabilirsin.
Canlarım bitti.
Canlar zamanla kendiliğinden dolar. İstersen altınla hemen doldurabilirsin. Bildirimleri açtıysan canların dolunca haber veririz.
Bildirimleri nasıl açar / kapatırım?
Ayarlar → Bildirimler. Ana anahtarla hepsini, altındaki anahtarlarla "Can dolunca", "Günlük hatırlatma" ve "Yarış" türlerini ayrı ayrı kapatabilirsin. Günde en fazla iki bildirim gelir, 22:00–09:00 arasında hiç gelmez. Bildirim gelmiyorsa telefonun Ayarlar → Bildirimler bölümünde oyunun iznini kontrol et.
Yeni telefona geçtim, ilerlemem ne olacak?
Profil ekranındaki kurtarma kodunu sakla; yeni cihazda aynı ekrandan kodu girerek doğrulanmış ilerlemeni geri yükleyebilirsin. Apple / Google ile giriş özelliği geldiğinde bu işlem tek dokunuşla yapılacak.
Yarıştaki rakipler gerçek mi?
Yarışlar gerçek oyuncularla eşleştirilir; yeterli oyuncu yoksa boş koltuklar bilgisayar kontrollü rakiplerle doldurulur.
Oyunu nasıl değerlendiririm?
Ayarlar → Bizi değerlendir mağaza sayfasını açar. Yorumların bizim için çok değerli!
Hesabımı ve verilerimi nasıl silerim?
Ayarlar → Hesabımı sil. Onay için istenen kelimeyi yazdığında sunucudaki hesabın ve cihazdaki tüm oyun verin kalıcı olarak silinir. Uygulamaya erişemiyorsan bize e-posta at. Ayrıntılar Gizlilik Politikası'nda.
Satın aldığım şey gelmedi.
Uygulamayı kapatıp yeniden aç. Sorun sürerse satın alma tarihini ve mağaza makbuzunu ekleyerek bize e-posta at. İade talepleri Apple / Google üzerinden yapılır.

We usually reply within a few business days. Including your device model, the game version (at the bottom of Settings) and your player name, if any, helps us a lot.
How do I play?
Pick a friend, draw their route with your finger and tap Send. The other friend repeats the same steps from where they stand. Bring both of them home. If you get stuck, use helpers such as the compass, lantern and guide.
I ran out of lives.
Lives refill over time. You can also refill them instantly with coins. If notifications are on, we let you know when your lives are full.
How do I turn notifications on or off?
Settings → Notifications. The main switch controls all of them; the switches below turn "Lives are full", "Daily reminder" and "Race" on or off separately. You get at most two a day and none between 22:00 and 09:00. If nothing arrives, check the game's permission in your phone's Settings → Notifications.
I switched phones — what happens to my progress?
Keep the recovery code shown on the Profile screen; on the new device enter it on the same screen to restore your verified progress. When Sign in with Apple / Google arrives this will take a single tap.
Are race opponents real?
Races are matched with real players; if there are not enough players, empty seats are filled with computer-controlled opponents.
How do I rate the game?
Settings → Rate us opens the store page. Your reviews mean a lot to us!
How do I delete my account and data?
Settings → Delete my account. Once you type the confirmation word, your account on our server and all game data on the device are permanently deleted. If you cannot access the app, e-mail us. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
My purchase didn't arrive.
Close and reopen the app. If the problem persists, e-mail us with the purchase date and the store receipt. Refunds are requested through Apple / Google.
